Ingredients:  
1 can salmon
1 pkg cr cheese
1 1/2 T lemon juice
3 T chopped onion
1/4 t seasoned salt
1 1/2 t prepared horseradish
3 drops liquid smoke
(add 1 c shredded cheese if you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon (save liquid), flake combine smoke liquid and 2 t salmon liquid. Add to softened cream cheese, add onion and mix well. Fold in salmon carefully. Can be made into 2 rolls or balls and rolled in chopped nuts or chopped parsley.. To use as a dip add a little more salmon juice.
