3 c cut rhubarb
1 1/2 c sugar
3 T flour
1/2 t nutmeg
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rhubarb into unbaked pie shell. Beat eggs with vanilla blend sugar, flour, nutmeg to eggs and beat till smooth. Pour over rhubarb add top crust bake 450 10 minutes then reduce heat and bake 30 minutes longer.
