Ingredients:  
1 can drained whole corn
1 can creamed style corn
2 beaten eggs
1 pkg jiffy cornbread mix
1 chopped onion
1 T chopped green pepper
1 stick butter
2/3 pt sour cream
2 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Fold corn into beaten eggs. Add jiffy mix to egg mixture. then add onion and pepper. Pour into well greased 9x13" baking dish. Spread sour cream and cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. After removing from oven cover for a few minutes before serving.
