1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1 - 3 1/4 oz pitted ripe olives, drained
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 lb spinach, torn into bite size pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on package; pour on artichoke hearts, olives, mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Place greens in salad bowl and add marinated vegetables. Toss and serve.
