8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/2 small onion chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup of pesto sauce
1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes (in oil chopped in food processor)
1/2 cup pine nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Line a two cup bowl with saran wrap. Blend cream cheese, butter & chopped onion until smooth in another bowl. Layer 1/3 cheese mixture, spread 1/2 pesto sauce on top then 1/2 sun dried tomatoes. Repeat layers ending with the last 1/3 cream cheese mixture. Cover with saran wrap and chill for at least two hours. Make the day before is even better. Unmold and make into a ball and press pine nuts on outside. Serve with crackers or bread rounds.

This is so good, but really fattening so great to take to a party, but not to make for home.
