1 20oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 c. sugar
1 3oz. pkg. lemon gelatine
(Optional) 1/2 pkg. peach gelatine
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. diced unpeeled red apples
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. diced celery
1 c. whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, combine pineapple & sugar. Boil 3 min. Add gelatines (for a firmer & prettier color, I add 1/2 pkg. peach gelatine). Stir until dissolved. Add softened cream cheese. Blend well. Cool. Fold in apples, nuts, celery & topping. Pour into a mold or 8 x 12 pan. Refrigerate. May cut into squares or just serve in pan.
