2 large potatoes 1 lb bacon strips cut in half cajun seasoning
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Wrap bacon strip around potato and pierce with a toothpick. Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with cajun seasoning. Bake at 400º for 45-60 minutes or until browned and crispy.
