1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 Lemon cake mix
1.4 oz.. package instant lemon pudding (sugar free)
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 eggs or (2 eggs plus 4 egg whites)
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Put in mixing bowl in the order given and then mix
with mixer according to cake box directions.
Bake in greased bunt pan @ 350 degrees for
30 plus minutes, depending on your oven.

I also use a yellow cake mix with lemon pudding or
a lemon cake mix with vanilla pudding. The
