1 lb. bulk sausage 3 c. cooked grits 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar (10 oz) 3 tbsp. butter 3 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c. milk Pimiento strips (optional) Parsley (optional)
Cook sausage until brown. Drain well. Spoon into lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. Combine eggs and milk. Stir in grits. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Garnish with pimiento and parsley.
