2 c flour
11/2 c sugar
1/4 c butter
1/4 c shortening
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Rub together with butter and shortening until well mixed. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. To remaining add beaten egg yolks and milk. Fold in whites pour batter into 8x10 in pan. (greased)
Sprinkle reserved mixture on top. Bake 35 minutes in oven at 350
