4 c. mashed yams (2-16 oz. cans), drained
2 c. sugar
2 sticks of butter
1 c. canned milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Topping
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a long baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of yam mixture. Bake for 20 min. at 350F.
