2 c graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c nuts
3/4 c brown sugar packed
11/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c melted butter
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 c water
1/4 c oil
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Mix first 5 ingredients and reserve. Blend rest and beat 3 minutes. Pour 1/2 into pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of crumbs. Repeat. Bake 35 minutes at 350. Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar mixed with 1 to 2 tbsp water.
