1 head of cabbage
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 - 1 c. milk
1/2 Velvetta cheese
Buttered bread crumbs (made from white bread)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cabbage in salted water until tender. Drain.
To make the white sauce, melt butter. Add flour. Add milk. cook on low while stirring until thick. add cheese. Stir until melted.
Alternate cabbage and sauce in casserole dish. add crumbs. Bake at 350F until bread is brown about 20 minutes.
