1 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
2 eggs
2 T sugar
1 T cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and 1/8 tsp salt; beat with rotary beater. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet. Remove from heat. Add 2 T batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread. Return to heat; brown one side. Invert over paper towel; remove crepe. Grease pan regularly.
