1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash salt
2 c chopped, peeled apples
8 Feathery Sour Cream Crepes
1/3 c flour
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c butter
2 T orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
TOPPING: Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cut butter till mixture is crumbly.
FILLING: In bowl, toss the chopped apple with orange juice to coat. Combine with 1/2 c of topping mixture.
TO ASSEMBLE: Spoon about 1/4 c of the apple filling along center of unbrowned side of each crepe. Fold two opposite edges of each crepe to overlap atop filling. Place crepe seam side down in a 10X6X2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipping cream, if desired.
