8 c. blueberries
4 tbsp. flour
11/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine blueberries, flour, white sugar, salt, and lemon juice.Stir. If you have used frozen berries let them defrost now. Put in pie crust, sprinkle brown sugar over berries. Dot with butter. Place top crust over berries. Make slits in crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 2 9 inch pies.
