10 slices buttered bread
dash of garlic
11/2 c. cubed ham, sausage, or bacon
10 oz. cheddar cheese ( grated)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
3/4 tbsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off bread crust and place bread in greased 13x9 pan, sprinkle garlic over bread, cover with meat and cheese. Beat eggs and milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
