6 pork chops
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops and arrange in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 can of french fried onions, salt and pepper. In a bowl combine the soup and water then pour it on the pork chops.

Bake @ 350 for about on hour or untill the pork chops are tender, and sprinkle the rest of the french fried onions on the top. Cook about another 5 minutes.

I like to serve this on top of fried rice.
