* 1/2 lb of hamburger
* 1/2cup Barbecue sauce
* 1 egg
*1 1/2 teaspoons salt
*1/4 teaspoon pepper
*1 cup saltine crackers
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
*1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
*preheat oven to 350 degrees
* In a large bowl add all ingredients then mix with your hands until it looks right to you. put in your pan, then make a zig zag pattern on top with barbecue sauce. bake for 1 hour but check it every 30 minutes. its done when you can stick a tooth pick or a knife in the middle and it comes out clean (grease on the knife is OK).
