1/2 onion,minced
1 lb ground beef
2 cans of pinto or kidney beans
1 can spanish rice
american cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and ground beef. Salt &pepper to taste.Pour beans & rice in baking pan.Add the beef & mix well.
Top with cheese and bake in 450 degree oven until
cheese is melted.
