1 c. raisins
2 c. carrots, grated
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, and mix again. Then add carrots, nuts, pineapple and raisins. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees in 13x9 cake pan.
