1 1/2 c zwieback crumbs
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp lour
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs, separated
1 c cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine zwieback crumbs with 2 tbsp sugar & butter, blend thoroughly. Line bottom of spring form pan. Mix remaining 1/2 c sugar with flour and salt and blend thoroughly with cream cheese. Add vanilla and beaten egg yolks and beat. Add cream and beat. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour mixture on top of crumbs and bake at 325 about 1 hour or until mixture is firm. Turn off heat but do not remove for 1 hour.
