Ingredients:  
3 soft bananas
1/4 c butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp soda
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add egg and sugar, then dry ingredients. Beat bananas in another bowl until soft and creamy. Fold them into the bread mixture. Grease and flour loaf pan or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour (less if in small pans)
