1/2 lb. salmon fillet per person

3 red potastoes, sliced thin
1 carrot per serving - sliced
1 leek per serving - sliced
1 pkg fresh green beans
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c oliv oil
1/4 to 1/3 c soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a steamer, stean potatoes and carrots together for 5 minutes. Add beams and stean an additional 5 minutes until slightly crisp. In large bowl, combine steamed vegetables and leeks with olive oil and soy sauce. Add dill and basil. Mix well.

Put salmon on tin foil sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon vegetables on top, and add 1 pat of butter on top. Fold and seal foil. Repeat for each serving of salmon. Bake foil packages at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until salmon is done.
