Ingredients:  
3 c shredded cheese as follows: 1 c monterey jack, 1 c mozzarella, 1 c sharp cheddar.
1 small onion chopped
1 can artichoke hearts (drained and separated)
1 c mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese.
Put in baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F until brown and bubbly about 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
