1 (4.5 oz) green chilies
2 (3.9 oz) mushrooms
16 oz grated Monterey jack cheese
1 lb diced Ham
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
8 eggs
2 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300-degrees. In a medium size bown, mix together cheese, chilies, mushrooms and ham. Spoon the mixture evenly over bottom of a buttered 9x13-inch baking dish.
In the same bowl, whip together evaporated milk, flour, and eggs. Pour this over the cheese mixture and bake for one hour.
