Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

1/2 c. olive oil
3 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stalk celery grated
1 carrot grated
1 lb. sausage
pinch rosemary
1 c. dry red wine
1 can diced tomatoes (or 1 qt. spaghetti sauce)
1tsp. salt and pepper
2 T. parsley

Saute onion, celery, carrot and meat. add reat of ingerd. and simmer 1-2 hour.
Optional: Italian seasoning, oregano, capers or greek olives.
