1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 T. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
stir in 1/2 c. milk, 2 T. melted butter, add tsp vanilla, mixing until smooth. blend in 1 c. chopped nuts, pour in 8'' greased pan. combine 1/2 c. sugar and 3 T. cocoa. Sprinkle over batter, then pour 1 c. cold water over all. Bake 45 min. in 350 oven.
