4 cups of cubed firm white bread
(8 slices Pepperidge Farm)
2 cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 ounces diced ham, sauteed sausage or crumbled bacon
10 Eggs (Large) lightly beaten
4 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of onion powder fresh ground pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Generously butter 9x13" glass baking dish.

Arrange bread cubes on bottom. Sprinkle with meat, then with the cheese. Beat together milk, eggs, mustard, onion powder and salt and pepper.

Cover and chill at least 3 hours and up to 24 hours before baking.

Bake at 300 for one hour.
