8 oz Neufchatel cheese
8 oz plain yogurt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
1 package frozen, chopped spinach
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large round of French sourdough bread
1 bag French bread rolls or other bread for dippers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix Neufchatel cheese, plain yogurt, sour cream, and Italian dressing mix in a bowl using an electric mixer. Mix in defrosted spinach and cheddar cheese. Cut a top for the bread bowl and hollow out the inside of the loaf. Spoon the spinach mixture into the empty bread bowl. Double wrap the loaf in aluminum foil. Bake for 1.5 hours. Serve with pieces of hot bread rolls (or other bread pieces).
