9 c sifted flour
4 t salt
1 3/4 c shortening or 1 1/2 c lard
1/3 c baking powder
1 c plus 2 T dry non-fat milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well together until consistency of Bisquick type mix. Store in a tightly covered glass container in a cool place. Tupperware is very good for storing this mix. Makes about 13 c of mix. Can be used for fried pies, pizza dough, pancakes or for anything you would use commercial Bisquick mix. (Add water and other ingredients as you would for Bisquick).
