2 lb. (32oz.) Jimmy Dean Sausage uncooked
1 1/2 c. all-purpose baking/biscuit mix
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (or 4 c. shredded)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375. Shred cheese and mix all ingredients. Form in 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
