1 16 oz. package of Fettuccine noodles
1 stick unsalted butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 lb. imitation crab flakes (cut into small pieces)
1 c. Half & Half (fat free kind works okay)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Fettuccine as directed on package.

Sauce: In a saucepan, saute the garlic in the butter. When the butter is melted, add the imitation crab flakes and Half & Half. Leave it on low heat until it simmers. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until thickened. If sauce does not thicken, add more cheese.
Poor sauce mixture over pasta and enjoy!
