2c. flour
1/2c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
lemon zest from one lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2c. melted butter (or margarine)
1c. milk
1c. blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry ingredients plus lemon zest in bowl and mix. Add beaten egg, butter, and milk, stirring until just moist and flour incorporated. Add blueberries trying not to stir too much.

Bake at 350F for 22 min (or until golden). While still hot dip each muffin in 1/2c. melted butter mixed with juice from lemon. Sprinkle with sugar.
