1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1/3 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
