2-3 beef bullion cubes
Minced garlic and onion
Potatoes
Beef Roast (frozen or thawed)
Jar of Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, add beef bullion cubes, minced garlic and onion, potatoes, roast and fill - way up with water. Usually just the top of the roast is uncovered in water. Set on low and cook 8-10 hours. The roast will be real tender and it will be pinkish in the middle. Serve with Gravy
