Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breast or Chicken Tenders (I find tenders to work better)
Italian Dressing
Italian Bread Crumbs
Mozzarella String Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate Chicken in Italian Dressing overnight

Next Day:
- Cut string cheese sticks into thirds
- Coat chicken with Italian breadcrumbs
- Roll chicken around the small pieces of cheese
- Place in glass casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked
