2 pkg dry yeast
1/2 c warm water
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c shortening
1 T salt
1 c warm milk
3/4 c warm water
6-7 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water. In large bowl, blend sugar, shortening, salt and milk, water and 2 c flour. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Add softened yeast mixture. Gradually add remaining flour to form a stiff dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth and satiny.
