1 pkg ( 3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 t mint flavoring
2-2 1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mint, gradually add sugar. Knead until no longer sticky. Divide into equal portions. Knead in food coloring of choice. Shape into 3/4 in. balls, roll in sugar. Flatten with fork. Let dry at room temp. Store loosely covered in refreg.
