1/2 c cornstarch
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t MSG
1 t sugar
1/2 t salt
2/3 c water
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Peel shrimp except tail. Slit from back and remove the black vein. Round slightly with knife and slit edges and center at 1/2 inch intervals.
