2 lbs frozen hash browns (thawed at room temp. about 30 minutes)
1 cup diced onion
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 lb sour cream
1/2 stick of melted margarine
1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Put in a greased 13 x 9 pan.
Sprinkle cheese on top
Bake 375 for 1 hour, until tip begins to brown
