2 c. milk, scalded
2 c. petite white corn, drained (canned or frozen)
1/2-1 c. green chile, chopped and drained (if desired)
2/3 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 T. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
3 eggs white, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, stir in corn, green chili, cornmeal and salt. Cook and stir at medium heat for 5 minutes. Beat in butter and sugar. In a spearate bowl, beat eggs and milk together and add to mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve immediately,
