2 c. milk
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. butter or margarine
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to boiling point. Add cornmeal, salt and butter and beat until smooth. Let cool and add eggs, baking powder, cinnamon (if desired). Mix well. Bake at 375 until firm.
