1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. cornmeal
1 T. each sugar and cinnamon, if desired
1/8 c. finely ground flax seed, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cooked sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar. Beat eggs and stir into cooled mixture. Add milk, sugar, cinnamon and flaxseed, then cornmeal. Beat well and bake a 350 until browned.
