3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugar, eggs, pumpkin, water, and oil. Mix well. Combine dry ingredients and then add to pumpkin mixture. Bake in two 9x5 greased and floured loaf pans for 60-75 minutes. Test with a toothpick. Cool on rack and remove.

I have given up on greased and floured pans and now just line them with waxed paper. I leave enough hanging over the edges so that I can just pull the loaf right out.
