1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
4 c. sliced rhubarb (1 1/2 - 2 lbs)
2 Tbsp. buttter
Unbaked pie crust and lattice top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, and eggs. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into pie crust. Dot the top with butter. Put on lattice top. Bake at 400 for 50- 60 minutes. (If the crust starts to get too brown, lay a sheet of aluminum foil on top for the last 15 minutes.)
