6 potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. parmesan
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pare potatoes. Cut in quarters (or 1/8ths if you like.)
Combine flour, parmesan, salt, and pepper in quart or gallon size plastic bag. Rinse potatoes so they are slightly damp. Shake a few at a time in the bag until coated. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Place potatoes in pan. Bake 1 hour at 350. Turn once or twice to get brown all over.

I love potatoes so I prefer the skin on but it's whatever you like. I also love the yummy buttery leftovers in the bottom of the pan!
