32 light caramels
5 Tbsp milk
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter, softened
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, melt the caramels in the 5 Tbsp of milk. Cool.

Combine the flour, quick oats, brown sugar, soda, salt and butter. Press 1/2 of the mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Spread the remaining oatmeal mix on top. Bake 10 minutes longer.
