4- 4 oz. Salmon fillets
1/4 c. Peanut Oil
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. green Onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 clove Garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. ground Ginger
1/2-1 tsp. crushed Red Pepper Flakes (depending on your spice level)
1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except fish. Whisk together well. Pour marinade over fish and refrigerate for 3-5 hours. Grill to your preference.
