Ingredients:  
2 small containers of mushrooms
1 stick margarine
1/2 c chopped shallots
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 c seasoned breadcrumbs
Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stems off of mushrooms and rinse. Saute' shallots, onion and chopped stems in margarine for 10 to 15 minutes. Add breadcrumbs and seasonings. Optional: Add cooked crab meat or shrimp. Stuff crowns of mushrooms with filling. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
